What is the cancelation policy?

Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental will result in an in-house credit. This credit may be applied to your future reservation.

Is auto insurance required to rent a luxury or exotic car?

Yes, we require full coverage insurance to rent any vehicle from our fleet.

Do you offer insurance?

Insurance is available for purchase for international drivers exclusively through a third party. Domestic drivers must provide their own car insurance.

What payment methods do you accept if I want to rent a luxury or exotic car?

We accept all forms of payment methods including all major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, Bitcoin, and cash.

Where are you located?

1504 Bay Rd. Miami Beach, Florida, although we are proud to be serving all of Southern Florida.

How old do you have to be to rent a luxury or exotic car?

You must be 21 or older to rent a vehicle.

Are the cars manual or automatic?

All of our vehicles have an automatic transmission systems. Many also have paddle shifters which are very easy to operate. If you have any questions or concerns your sales representative can give you a driving tutorial.

Can there be multiple drivers if I rent a luxury or exotic car?

Yes, each additional driver must be over the age of 21 and must provide us with a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance.

Can I drive my rented luxury or exotic car anywhere?

Rented vehicles may not be driven outside the state without prior written approval.

How many miles comes with the rental of a luxury or exotic car?

Each reservation comes with 100 miles per day. Anything over has an additional cost which varies by vehicle. Reach out to us for specific per mile pricing.

Can I prepay for extra miles?

No.

How many hours are included in a daily luxury or exotic car rental?

24 hours.

I'm under 21 and need a nice luxury or exotic car rental for prom, can my Uncle / Father / Mother / Sister rent it for me?

No, all drivers must meet our rental criteria. However, if you would like to arrange for a Chauffeur service, we’re happy to accommodate.

What happens if I get a ticket while i'm driving the car?

The renter is responsible for all tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession. The renter is responsible for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.

Do you rent luxury and exotic cars to international visitors?

Yes, vehicles are available to rent to international visitors provided they have a valid passport and driver’s license from their home country.

Do you require a security deposit if I want to rent an exotic car?

Yes, we require a security deposit when renting any vehicle in the fleet. If using a credit card we will run an authorization for the security deposit and release funds upon the return of the undamaged vehicle.

Do you ship your luxury and exotic vehicles to the renters?

Yes we do. We will deliver and pick up vehicles upon request via closed flatbed truck. Cost varies depending on the distance of the delivery. Reach out to your sales representative for specific pricing quotes.

Do you ship vehicles outside the state?

Yes, We offer delivery outside of the state for 30+ day rentals.

Can I rent a luxury or exotic car for one day on the weekend?

Yes, excluding holiday weekends and special events. Make your reservations in advance to guarantee your vehicle reservation.

Can my rental be delivered early / late?

Yes, please inquire with your sales representative for pick-up and delivery details.
